Great explanation. Your foreword on sanctification is exceptional. It may be brief but here is where we should start. Thanks brother Peach.

Is baptism very necessary for one to do before seeing the kingdom of God? What happens to one who accepts Jesus but never had the opportunity to baptised and eventually dies, what’s his stand with God to eternity?

Jack Wellman February 3, 2019 at 1:03 pm

Hello Michael. Bapstism is commanded of all people who are saved, and so everyone who is saved must be baptized, but not in order to be saved, but because they are saved and obey Christ. Why would someone not want to be baptized if htey have the chance? If a person has time to be baptized before they die, they should, but many have been saved not getting the chance of baptism but will be saved. God alone saves. It’s not Jesus + baptism = salvation. If someone has time and doesn’t get baptized, then they don’t want to humble themselves before a public profession of faith and baptism and that’s not good.
