Hello Sudha. I am thrilled that you want to encourage the discouraged. How awesome. We need more believers like you. Here’s a great way in what I call the “Three E’s”:
Let your words always edify (build up), exhort (cheer them on) and encourage them. You can be specific when you compliment people like “Wow, your really good at that, I can not do what you do, you have a skill for that, etc.”
Find their skills and talents and then tell them that they are better than you are at such and such.

I googled for a list of God’s answer and came upon this site. It is so encouraging as I feel very lost. I am 65 lost my mother and husband 8 months apart in the last 15 months. Both died of cancer and I took care of them at home. I was so overwhelmed during that time. I am trying to start life again.
