This was a very good read and it did provide tools that one can use to base arguments with those who think they happened by themselves on the earth. God is definitely the greatest force that set this world into motion and everything or everyone in it. And it is about time, we as his creation pay Him due reverence because He did design and create our lives and the world which we live in. May all come to see His goodness and return all the praises and exaltation to Him that He is due from us all.

Victoire,
It was a pleasure to write this article. I learned a lot doing the research for it myself. I pray that it will equip believers to better contend for their faith and that it would encourage them in times of doubt. God bless you.
Yours in Christ,
Robert

Great work again Robert in this apologetic work. You are so good at these and write with such intelligence. The Teleoloigical Argument reminds me of the recent “God Particle” that was “discovered” (discovered by man that is). Superb as always and makes the argument for the existence of God indisputable.

Thank you Jack,
I just thank God that He can use me for His glory. I know you and the other writers here on What Christians Want to Know feel the same. It is truly thrilling to be used by God. God bless you, brother.
Yours in Christ,
Robert

Great job Robert. You always convey these difficult subjects with clarity. I enjoyed your section on the stopwatch. It makes so much sense. Thank you for giving us a great tool in defending our faith. God bless you brother.

Thank you, Derek,
The Teleological Argument is another tool that the Holy Spirit can gude us to use as a powerful witness to His truth. Even as such, there are those who choose not to surrender to His Will and His Way. God bless you, brother.
Yours in Christ,
Robert

Hello Robert,
Great job you have done in putting this piece together.
As a doctor who has the humbling opportunity to open various parts of the human body (surgeries), it only comes as a surprise to me that even doctors for instance will believe that the biochemical, anatomic and physiological details of this human body, are all the work of chance. I BELIEVE that there is God (the Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ) who created the human body and indeed all other things. The Lord bless you richly.

Moses,
Thank you for reading and commenting. I agree with you completely. I wasn’t always a believer in Creation, but when I looked around and saw the incredible complexity, and beauty, in nature, I knew it had to be designed. God bless you, Moses.
Yours in Christ,
Robert

This was a great overview of the argument. I enjoyed reading it!

The axial tilt of the Earth were greater or less
The distance of the Earth from the Sun were greater or less
The Earth’s gravitational interaction with the Moon were greater or less
If the Earth’s surface gravity were greater or less
If the length of the day were longer or shorter

This? All 5 of these points were present and stable long before we evolved in them. You claim that the circumstances were designed to fit us when in reality we have evolved to fit the circumstances.

Jack Wellman June 11, 2019 at 9:20 pm

Hello John. Regardless of what you said, life would still be impossible for humans if any of these 5 occured, and it was not “present and stable long before we evolved them.” What is your evidence for this? As the author correctly stated, it was God Who fined tuned this solar system, including the sun, moon, and earth, where the margin of error otherwise, is infintismal.
