AMEN Jack … Believe it! It was no accident. Loved this article. Thanks for reminding me about our loving and merciful Father and our Savior and how much He has done already to fulfill prophesy. And there is yet more to come. I agree with John when he wrote “Even so, come, Lord Jesus!”

Jack Wellman November 3, 2011 at 2:26 pm

Thank you Pam. Your comment was so edifying. Isn’t our God an awesome God. Yes, the next prophecy in Revelation is the most exciting. I pray that He comes to those as Savior and not as Judge (Rev 20:12).

Wow Justin. That’s awesome. I can not wait for that Great Day, which to me, it appears that it is coming soon. May God richly bless you sir.

Aaron January 31, 2013 at 4:18 pm

What do you mean by Great day, might I ask?

Jack Wellman January 31, 2013 at 9:40 pm

Thank you Aaron for your question. I apologize for I should not take for granted that the proper noun, since it is capitalized, means that Great Day, or the Day of His return. Him, meaning Jesus Christ. Sorry, my fault.

WITH ALL THE NUMBERS MATCHING UP — YEARS AND ALL , WHAT EXACTLY IS THEIR ANSWER , DO THEY THINK GOD CHANGED HIS MIND OR WHAT ? HOW CAN THEY DENY CHRIST AS THE MESSIAH ? IS 144,000 A NUMBER REFERING TO THOSE WHO WILL LEAD OTHERS , AND ACTUALLY THE NUMBER GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE BE GREATER ? HOW WERE DRUGS REFERRED TO IN THE BIBLE , AND WHAT WERE DRUG DEALERS CALLED ? I KNOW YOU HAVE PROBABLY ADDRESSED THESE , CAN I BE SENT A LIST TO REFER TO PLEASE ?

Jack Wellman June 5, 2013 at 11:03 am

Thank you Nicholas for your questions. Who is this “they” you are referring to my friend? You said, “DO THEY THINK GOD CHANGED HIS MIND OR WHAT ? HOW CAN THEY DENY CHRIST AS THE MESSIAH ?” Who is this “they” Nicholas? Is it the Mormon church?

I believe the 144,000 is a figurative number of those who have been redeemed by Christ. I do not have a “list” that I can send for you to refer to. I am not sure what this “list” contains that you mean sir.

Although the english word “drugs” is not found in the Bible, we can see that the subject is mentioned.

The Greek word pharmakeia ( translated sorceries) is in Revelation 18:23 . This word means “medication”. The English word “pharmacy” is related to this word. “And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.” Drugs are extemely deceitful. They never treat the problem, only the symptom.

The Greek word pharmakeus is a “druggist or poisoner”. This Greek word translates as sorceries in Revelation 9:21, and sorcerers in Revelation 21:8 &22:15. (9:21) “Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. (21:8) ” But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. (22:15) “For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.” This Greek word (pharmakeus) has a root (pharmakon) meaning “a drug, i.e. spell-giving potion”

There is no doubt in my mind that the drug trade of our day is referred to here. It is connected with Satanism which is widespread in these last days. The Bible indicates that drugs will play a major role in man’s attitude and response to God in the last days. These are the last days. There is a direct link between drugs and Satanism. No one can take mind-altering drugs without demonic influence upon their lives. This is why people do the unthinkable while under the influence. Please read Rev. 9:13-21.

OKAY , I HAVE TO USE MY BREAK TIME SO I GET IT ALL DISTORTED , THEY IS ANY WHO DON’T BELIEVE THAT THE MESSIAH WAS NOT JESUS , THAT COULD BE OTHER RELIGIONS , SOME THAT DON’T EXCEPT THE NEW TESTAMENT EVEN , IF YOU HAD A PROPHECY THAT SAYS IN THIS AMOUNT OF YEARS LOOK FOR THIS TO HAPPEN , AND IT IS PLAIN TO SEE IT DID THEN WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM , DRUGS — I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH , MY STEP DAUGHTER HAS JUST QUIT GOING TO THE METHADONE CLINIC , AND IS OFF DRUGS , THANKS TO ALL WHO PRAYED — TO GOD BE THE GLORY , I WILL GET BACK WHEN I CAN BE MORE PRECISE I GUESS , I JUST DON’T SEE WHY PEOPLE DON’T BELIEVE THE BIBLE OTHER THAN THE FACT THE devil IS JUST A SICKIE ……….

Nicholas June 5, 2013 at 11:08 pm

Emily Kelly November 10, 2017 at 12:20 pm

Love your article. I have a question regarding the fact that God is three persons in one, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, have you ever heard the expression ‘He died on a cross, on a hill, which he created ….’ . I’ve lost the rest of it, but it shows in fact He did, and continues to do it all.
God bless.

Jack Wellman November 10, 2017 at 12:23 pm

Hello Emily. I don’t know where that expression came from…I just know it’s not from the Bible. Sorry I could not help you. I think the expression is good…and it is accurate. Thank you.
