Wisdom, is the ability of knowing what is right. This shows the pathway between right, good and bad.

Dear Khamoosh, I do not know whether this email would be considered too late, but I saw your post only last week. As regards your interest in Christians and their beliefs (I am a Christian), I hope what I have here will be of some help.

It all stems from Jesus’ coming to this world to deliver ALL humanity from the problem that is bound to lead to regret after this short life — sin. We have all become sinners, whatever religious deeds we may try to do to appease our Creator. As a result, we are no longer at His expected level of righteousness. We are imperfect, while God is perfect, and demands perfection.

So Jesus came as the “Lamb who takes away the sins of the whole world” (John 1:29). He did this by taking the punishment our sins/imperfections deserve. He did this by dying in our place (Romans 5:8). He also rose up again in order to give us the same kind of unending, eternal life by which he lives forever (John11:25). It would be helpful if you could get a copy of the Bible so you could read these for yourself.

And how do you get into this eternal life God has provided to us all (1 John 2:25, 1 John 5:11, John 3:16)? Jesus says if you believe heartily in Him, and are baptized into Him, you shall be saved – Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38.

When you continue in His will, at the end of your life, when you leave this world, He will take you to His everlasting Home above, in heaven (Philippians 1:21,23).

I’d like to hear from you.

Hello! I wanted to thank you for your informative articles. I am teaching a class on the Lord’s Wisdom and found your articles helpful. I did want to let you know that Benjamin Franklin was not a president. Thought you might want to correct that. He wasn’t a very godly man either, actually. But that’s another subject. Thank you very much for your studies, and sharing them with others. Mary from Oklahoma

Wisdom is fearing GOD and understanding is turning away from evil.

To treat wisdom as a sister, as scripture says in proverbs – what a protection. What a gift we have, in wisdom. Available to any who truly seek it. God is great indeed.
