I started Christian doctrine at a tender age, without rarely knowing the values of it all; grown-up today, I need Christ in my life. Where and how do I get the values to make me a true and humble Christian child of God with a good, or a better understanding of the Bible? I wish to feel God’s presence manifesting in my life.

Hello David. You can find godly values (the only ones that matter) in Romans 12, 1 Cor 13 and Gal 5. We cannot depend on feelings since these are so untrustworthy. It’s not feelings over facts (biblical ones). People used to feel like the world was flat but their feelings were wrong. You will not “feel” it but should rather focus on “seeing it” as in the fruits of the Spirit. Feelings are overrated but God’s Word is absolute truth. Thank you for your qeustion sir.

I need Gods hand now, not just when my current body dies!
