In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God and the word became flesh and dwell among men
Words can make or destroy a man.
Words have creative power.
No wonder Solomon said ”the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom”
He (God) is the Father of the word.

2Pe 3:5 For this they willfully forget, that there were heavens from of old, and an earth compacted out of water and amidst water, by the word of God;
Ge 1:2 And the earth was waste and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep: and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters
Water was not created ! It has always been just as God has always been ….
Therefore I purpose a new argument against the big bang……
It was not a big Bang but a Great Compression of a great shoeless ocean that HE walked above
A Challenge to all modern science’s current way of thinking.

Physical cosmology : As observed by Brian F. Houle

Instead of a BIG BANG ! It was a GREAT COMPRESSION !

I think you have to read this verse in context. First verse is that God created the Heavens and the Earth. The verses you are speaking of are describing what the earth looked like before God put on his showcase of power. Secondly, the claim that water is an uncaused object breaks the law of causality. Man could theoretically create water, therefore water cannot be an uncaused object. Not trying to be disrespectful just thought I’d put my two cents in.

Thank you Mr. Coffey for your reply to Brian. I must say that man cannot even create water theoretically, and certainly out of nothing as God can, because mankind would need hydrogen and oxygen and God must first create these, but your point to Brian is spot on. Thank you sir.

in your response, people can actually make water using a simple mixture of hydrogen and water with covalent bonds keeping them together. Ever thought about why we call it H2O? it is because there are 2 hydrogens to the 1 oxygen making water. It is rather quite simple actually and if you ever listened in chemistry then you should have known this.

Jack Wellman March 20, 2018 at 12:38 pm

Hello Mr. Lee. I am aware of what elements create water (H2O), and yes, I know it’s quite simple, and I did have chemistry in school and do know this (as you insinuate I don’t eve know this), but calling it water is more readily understandable to most people. Most people don’t say I want a drink of H2O but I want a drink of water, so I don’t really see your point sir, but thank you anyway.

Whoa, easy guys, and not to play spiritual referee, but…
John 1:3 – All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

not all was created by man, some was created by the holy spirit who is not visible but alive and inventive xx

The very first verse in the Bible sets the stage for the rest of the story. “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1)
Really God has done mighty miracle! So we have to share the word of GOD. http://www.bibleverse4u.com
