I always wondered what is going to happen to us (USA) during all of this. We never seem to be mentioned. I know some say that we will no longer be a superpower during this time but I’ve never read anything about it. What are your thoughts?

Jack Wellman July 16, 2012 at 2:34 pm

Thank you Ben. Great question. We actually have written an article about this called “Are There Prophecies of America in the Bible?” at:

Eliakim Ademo Musee July 24, 2012 at 2:37 am

Praise the Lord servant of God? thank you very much servant of God for this powerful message about characteristics of AntiChrist, thank you for alarting me.

Robert July 16, 2012 at 3:05 pm

You have done a fine job here laying out much of the dispensational view of the end times. Quite a huge topic and you’ve handled it admirably. Very nice.

Yours in Christ,

Jack Wellman July 16, 2012 at 3:31 pm

Thank you brother. What have I learned that I did not receive from the Lord? The answer is in Greek for zero: “Zilch!.” LOL

Derek Hill July 16, 2012 at 4:33 pm

Well done Jack. This was very informative and easy to understand. I always get excited when I read about this topic because once the Anti-christ is thrown into the lake of fire and Satan as well, no one will EVER have to worry about them again. Heaven is really going to be so AWESOME!! It is worth everthing you lose here on earth to gain your reward in heaven.

In His Glorious Name,

Jack Wellman July 16, 2012 at 4:47 pm

Thank you Derek. I appreciate your words. Truly, our God is an awesome God in that Jesus had a living hell on earth at Calvary just because He loved us. I pray this article will make people think about placing their trust in Jesus Christ and then have no concern or need to worry about an Anti-Christ because if the True and Living Christ.

Jeff July 17, 2012 at 11:22 am

I appreciate your writing Jack and the emphasis in this article on the “spirt of anti-Christ,” – lower case “a.” There is much that can be said about the small “a” spirit, an influence that is so prevalent. Often, we become so focused on “the” Anti-Christ, a person that is yet to be revealed, that we tend to forget the current and active influence of the small “a” – a spirit that we fight against everyday. Your writing again on the topic is well balanced and finishes strong with the answer to all who are looking for an escape from the judgement to come. Repent and believe. Christ desires none to perish, and there’s nothing anti about that!

Jack Wellman July 17, 2012 at 3:00 pm

Thank you Jeff. You are so right and I wish I had made the delineation of the “spirit” of anti-Christ in this article so I appreciate your keen insight. Truly you are so right. This is our desire too that none perish. Sadly, only 1 in 20 Christians will lead at least one other person to faith in Christ in their entire lifetime! I believe that you must have a broken heart for the lost too because I see you noticed that, at least I try, to have an evangelistic call to have those who read the article place their trust in Jesus Christ and to believe in Him as Lord and Savior, because as you so rightly said, God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked…and I get a strong sense sir, that neither do you and I thank God for you for that Jeff.

Truth July 18, 2012 at 6:35 am

Nice Article.I love the way that you distinguished the Spirit of the Antichrist from the Antichrist’s.However,I would want you to note that the Bible never called the Beast of revelation the Antichrist. The Antichrist and the Beast of revelation are different personalities:truth.co.vu/antiidentity

Rbn July 18, 2012 at 10:37 pm

good day sir
i find this email circulating and im starting to think that poeple might think it is mandatory in your country
your insight and comment would be appreciated as i also want to give your answer to my friend and family here in S.A

my appologies here with the mail :
there is a link attached which i am not sure may be posted here or not

US Senate has passed the ‘Obama Health Care’ bill into law & the implementation would commence on 23/03/2013.
This bill would require all Americans to be implanted with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip in order to access medical care.
The device will be implanted on the forehead or on the arm.

This is to fulfill the prophesy in the Book of Revelation 13:15-18 concerning the MARK OF THE BEAST!
Are you still in doubt concerning the ENDTIME?

Live a good life, pray more, preach the GOSPEL to others and save souls.
Revelations 13 is being played out right before us. Many are still unaware…

(1) Why is the chip being implanted exactly where the Bible says it would be? Why on the hand and forehead. Why not anywhere else?

(2) Why is it being connected to your bank account?

Remember the Bible says you won’t be able to buy or sell without the mark.
And guess what!
The chip is connected to your financial details…
What breaks my heart the most is that many people in the church will not make it if Jesus comes now!
Many are unaware that the end is near…
Don’t tell me that it’s a developed world process, technology or something fancy.
If any area of your life is not in sync with God’s word, it’s time to make a quick u-turn NOW…
Hell is not a pretty place…the worst part is that it is for eternity…please rather than post and forward Boko haram’s devilish accomplishments, join me and sound the alarm.
Send to everyone you know…
PLEASE play your part in this!!!

Check it for your self http://www.dailypaul.com/223261/obamacare-mandates-rfid-chips-to-be-implanted-in-all-americans-by-march-23rd-2013

Ben Cunningham July 19, 2012 at 12:23 am

That part of the bill never passed. They threw that out when they first started reviewing it.

Dennis May 17, 2013 at 8:36 pm

That is not true; it is still there. I downloaded the H.R. 3200 on pps 1000-1005 and the latest one is H.R. 3962 pg 1502. Also called 111_ahcaa housedocs from housedotgov page. H.R. stands for House of Representatives and obviously the S. B. is the senate. There is too much going on to tell in a simple blog, but people get ready . . . it is a song.

Jack Wellman July 19, 2012 at 2:25 pm

RBN, I see the urgency about telling others about their eternal fate in hell for those who reject to place their trust in Jesus. I myself am not worried as in 1 John chapter 4 says that we can know we are safe and secure in Christ and God has no appointed us to wrath. For those who are concerned about any end times, we know that none who are Christ’s own have to worry about end time events (John 6:37, John 10:28-29). Thank you sir.

jikat July 24, 2012 at 10:04 am

very informative, thank you for your reseach work, you sheda more light on the antichrist issue.
the happening of today are the end of end time, l there for call on all that are persecuting the body of christ to repent, the end will catch them unaware and there final destination is hell. may God touches the heart of BOKO HARAM men and their sponsors to accept jesus to avart being let to hell.
thank you

Ernest July 30, 2012 at 12:00 pm

Jack Wellman July 30, 2012 at 2:27 pm

Amen Ernest. I pray others will read your comments and place their trust in Christ today. Thank you sir.

james November 29, 2012 at 12:05 am

can u still be saved atfter the rapture ?????

Jack Wellman November 29, 2012 at 1:45 pm

James, thank you for your question. There is Scripture that says that God will send them strong delusion and so we can not presume or make an assumption that a person can be saved after the rapture. The Bible says that today is the day of salvation, not today is A day but today is THE day for no one knows if they will live tomorrow (2 Cor 6:2). Many Bible teachers & scholars do not believe in the rapture & I believe it is unwise for anyone to wait to be saved. To be sure, we should put our trust in Christ today to be sure. I wouldn’t want to gamble with telling someone this or gamble with my eternity.

Mike Reeder December 20, 2012 at 12:52 pm

The AntiChrist is not going to be one man at one point in time in the future who will sit in a rebuilt temple in Jeruselem barking out stuff against Christ. Instead, this “man” is not a man at all. He is an ongoing religious institution who deceives the whole world into believing a false religious system as being from God, Making people believe AntiChrist is Future from this day, so that they look for him in the future while the real antichrist has free riegn on earth at this time to deceive unopposed. He does this my making himself christ in the “temple” of God, which can not be a “building” rebuilt only after 3 days! Even if there is someday to be a rebuilt temple in Jeruselem, and some man sits there, it won’t be the antichrist. It will just be a way that satan will and does use to blind people’s mind from the true antichrist which is already here, and has been for a long time.

Maurine January 9, 2013 at 12:07 am

Could it be the USA ??

Jack Wellman January 9, 2013 at 11:27 am

Thank you Maurine. From my understanding of Scripture, it is a person, not a national identity but we will know eventually though in time. He could be living in the U.S. however.

Linda Watts January 17, 2013 at 7:25 am

I don’t think I ever really thought about the difference between the ‘little a’ anti Christ and the ‘capital A’ Anti Christ. Now after reading read your article I see I need to change how I speak to the young minds I teach regarding the anti Christs and the Anti Christ. Thank you so much for clarifying this very important fact.

DAMILARE June 14, 2013 at 5:00 am

Man of GOD thank you very much for this message about ANTI-CHRIST am loss befor becuse i did so many thing bad that can need to hell fire, but now i will ajust myself am pray for me for helped stand in word of GOD, And what i will do keep my mind

Karen Snyder November 26, 2013 at 9:47 am

Jack, do I have your permission to repost your article on my FB page? I would like to post it daily, in segments.

Have you read the book, the Muslim Anti-Christ? I think he is right on in his assessment.

Jack Wellman November 26, 2013 at 6:24 pm

Hello Mrs. Snyder. Thank you for your offering to post this…yes, by all means you can put the link to this article on your Facebook. I have not read the Muslim Anti-Christ but I would not be shocked to think a Muslim could be the Anti-Christ. Thanks.

Colleen January 24, 2014 at 11:04 pm

I am a teacher and the mentality of our youth frightens me. I feel that these celebrities are sent to prepare the masses for the tribulation. We have rappers who are referred to as hova and yeezus. Speaking against sexual immorality and the likes is almost legally the wrong thing to do. The kids love money. .. want to be celebrities. .. despise community workers. I have seen boys and girls as young as first grade be allowed by their parents to transform themselves because they don’t feel they were born with the right parts. It may be trivial to some but if they are already rejecting God and worshipping man and his everchanging whims .. how will they be in the future?

Jack Wellman January 25, 2014 at 9:32 am

Thank you Colleen. I agree about the youth today and it is not going to get any better. Their future or anyone’s future who is separated from Christ is bleak indeed. All we can do is pray for God to send revival that some might be saved before Christ returns to be either their Judge or their Savior.

Hanbeey April 21, 2014 at 11:07 pm

While I’m reading this article, the first thing that got in mind is that the real anti-christ is their popes

Mitch June 17, 2014 at 6:31 pm

Jack, have you seen the Zeitgeist documentaries or heard of the Venus Project? When the Bible describes the Antichrist as the man of “lawlessness” and the “rebellion” occurs, the leaders of this movement make that possibility seem very real. They explain why the fractional reserve system will eventually bankrupt the US economy, and make money obsolete. This could lead to the possibility of a new global government that manages the earth’s resources through sustainable energy and technology. After watching these movies, I’m convinced the Antichrist isn’t likely to be a US president or even the pope, it’s more likely an underground leader of a grass movement leads a rebellion against all governments and rises to power after the monetary system collapses. We’ve seen foreshadows of this during the Wall Street crash of 1929 and the recent bank bailout. The consequences get larger each time it happens. This is scary stuff!

Jack Wellman June 17, 2014 at 9:10 pm

Thank you Mitch for your comment and question sir. I do agree that this nation is ripe for a drastic fall and yes indeed, it is very scary indeed. It makes me and I am sure you wonder just how badly this national system and thus the ramifications of the world system’s banks are on thin ice and getting thinner everyday. We just had a new member join our church who has been watching this and he would agree with you on this. We are seemingly close to a world order of one head and yes, your comments are very sound and the principles solid upon your observations. Please keep us informed if you can or if at all possible sir.

WHYLIE April 11, 2015 at 1:23 pm

Jack Wellman April 11, 2015 at 5:27 pm

Thank you Whylie…yes, my understanding is that the church is gone before the antichrist takes power. For more on the rapture, please read this my friend at this link: http://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/what-is-the-rapture-a-look-at-the-different-views/ and even a broader look at this link: http://www.patheos.com/blogs/christiancrier/2013/04/17/what-does-the-bible-say-about-the-rapture/ I hope these help you my friend.

Sdurtka May 31, 2015 at 10:34 pm

This is an important topic, one which has been discussed since the time of the Reformation among such leaders as Luther, Calvin, and others. They were in agreement who the Antichrist is based on Daniel chapter 7 and other key texts.

To really understand what the Bible teaches here is that the Greek word used for Anti in Antichrist also means “substitute” or “in the place of.” This is verified by the verses such as that he shows himself to be God. That is, claims to be God. Also, Satan himself appears as an angel of light. And Blashmemy in the Bible is defined in the New Testament as claiming to be God or equal to God, or claiming to forgive sins (these are what the Jews accused Jesus as recorded in the gospels).

Remember, Jesus said that even the very elect would be deceived if it were possible, so it is not likely that Satan will be able to deceive anyone if he is opposed to God, but if he appears as an angel of light pretending to be equal to Christ that is a deception that would require close connection to God and to the Truth of the Bible to no be deceived by.

Dan 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

Alyssa September 13, 2015 at 12:30 am

SQuestion: I have heard speculation that some people believe that Prince William of UK could be the AntiChrist and I have always thought/understood that no one will know the hour when Christ will return but I’m less knowledgeable about the coming of the Antichrist. Are these people just speculating? Supposedly all these people around the world including the royal family of Britain are satanists and they control the world secretly according to a video I saw on YouTube. Now I realize you can’t believe everything put out there but this was a little disturbing to me. I know as a born again believer I have no worries but, it has really made me think about what I saw. The video also discussed the Illuminati and Freemasons as Ringleaders of this movement.

Rachael September 30, 2015 at 3:34 pm

Does the Anti-Christ know he is the Beast? And do all these things occur after the rapture?

Jack Wellman September 30, 2015 at 9:01 pm

Thank you Rachael for your question. Does the Anti-Christ know he’s the beast? Do these things occur after the rapture? I would recommend you read this to help you, hopefully, the second question about the rapture: http://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/what-is-the-rapture-a-look-at-the-different-views/ and as for your first question, I think the Anti-Christ must know what he’s doing and have enough knowledge to know.

Lee November 18, 2015 at 9:08 am

I highly suspect this guy, David de Rothschild, he look so sweet, charming, Jesus-like looks , literally the ”god” of the world , owns pretty much all the world’s property, powerful, charming, witty speech, talking about environment, pollution. Too sweet to be anti-christ, wolf in sheep’s clothing, ”he shall come and deceive many” … look out for him..

Bob Black January 15, 2016 at 11:55 am

Trump is the AntiChrist, he knows what he is doing and deceives many mostly Christian that support putting himself above everyone and everything. The lake of fire will be the next world war.

Jacob February 8, 2016 at 6:33 pm

Mr. Jack,
Im in the process of writing a paper for my school on the Anti-Christ. After some research, Ive decided to argue that Nero was Christianity’s Anti-christs. Would you agree, if not would you mind telling me why.

Thank you very much

Jack Wellman February 8, 2016 at 6:50 pm

Hi Jacob. I do agree. I have read enough about this man that he would pass for exactly that. I highly recommend you listen to this from R.C. Sproul about the last days, according to Jesus at: http://www.ligonier.org/learn/series/last_days_according_to_jesus/the-beast/

Jack Wellman February 8, 2016 at 6:58 pm

Here are notes on why Nero may have well been the beast. Much evidence is given by preterist scholars as to why the beast from the sea could only have referred to Nero.

This interpretation is based upon the Angel’s explanation of the beast in Revelation 17:7, that the beast’s seven heads are seven kings (Rev. 17:10) and that Nero, is the sixth king “who is”, who was possibly alive and the emperor reigning at the time John was writing the book. The five kings who have fallen are seen as Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula and Claudius, and Galba is the one who “has not yet come, but when he does come, he must remain for a little while”. (Rev. 17:10). Moreover, Rome was known in antiquity as the city of seven hills (Rev. 17:9) and Revelation was a warning about events that were “shortly” to take place (Rev. 1:1).

In Rev. 13:5-8, the beast was given a mouth speaking in blasphemies against God and His Name. Inscriptions have been found in Ephesus in which Nero is called “Almighty God” and “Savior”. In verse 4, the beast is worshiped by the world alongside the Dragon that gave it authority. Nero and Caligula “abandoned all reserve” in promoting emperor worship – they were the only two who demanded divine honors while still alive. Nero claimed to be the sun-god Apollo.

Revelation 13:7 speaks of the power given to the beast to make war with the saints. Nero was the first of the imperial authorities to persecute Christianity. Tacitus records the scene in Rome when the persecution of Christians (or Chrestians) broke out: “And their death was aggravated with mockeries, insomuch that, wrapped in the hides of wild beasts, they were torn to pieces by dogs, or fastened to crosses to be set on fire, that when the darkness fell they might be burned to illuminate the night.”

Revelation 13:5 says the beast would continue for 42 months. The Neronic persecution was instituted in 64 AD and lasted until his death in June 68 AD, which is three and a half years, or 42 months. Nero was even called the beast. Apollonius of Tyana specifically states that Nero was called a ‘beast’: “In my travels, which have been wider than ever man yet accomplished, I have seen man, many wild beasts of Arabia and India; but this beast, that is commonly called a Tyrant, I know not how many heads it has, nor if it be crooked of claw, and armed with horrible fangs. … And of wild beasts you cannot say that they were ever known to eat their own mother, but Nero has gorged himself on this diet”.

The manner of Nero’s death corresponds with the prophecy of Revelation 13:10: “If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if any one kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed”. According to Tertullian, Nero was the first to assail the Christian sect with the imperial sword. He committed suicide by the sword at the age of 30.

After Nero’s death in 68 AD, Rome saw a succession of short-lived emperors (Galba, Otho and Vitellius) and a year of civil wars until Vespasian eventually took control in 69 AD. The Roman Empire destabilized so greatly that Tacitus reported: “Many believed the end of the empire was at hand” (Histories 4:5:4) According to Suetonius, to the surprise of the world, “the empire which for a long time had been unsettled and, as it were, drifting through the usurpation and violent death of three emperors, was at last taken in and given stability by the Flavian family” (Vespasian 1: 1). This may be a reference to the mortal wound on one of the heads of the beast “inflicted by the sword” which was later healed (Rev. 13:3, Rev. 13: 14). Scholar Daniel K. Wong wrote that the “healing of the wound” alludes to the so-called Nero Redivivus Legend or the “revival of Nero” myth. A rumor that Nero had just disappeared to Parthia and would one day reappear.

Finally, the readers of Revelation were told to “calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six” (Rev. 13:18). John did not expect that his readers “who had understanding” to have any difficulty identifying the beast, since they could simply calculate the meaning of this number. “Neron Kaisar” (the Greek rendering, documented by archaeological finds), when transliterated into Hebrew נרון קסר (Nrwn Qsr) had a number of 666. The variant number 616 found in some manuscripts of the Greek text of Revelation may represent the alternative Hebrew spelling נרו קסר (Nrw Qsr) based on the Latin form “Nero Caesar”. The variant probably existed to keep consistent the meaning of Nero as the beast.

Jacob February 9, 2016 at 4:50 pm

wow, thank you so much for this information,it will greatly help my paper. Reverend Sproul has preached several times at my church, so I am looking forward to checking it out.
thank you again!

Jacob February 9, 2016 at 4:56 pm

Actually it was reverend RC Sproul Jr

Jack Wellman February 9, 2016 at 5:00 pm

Thank you Jacob. Having known of Dr. Sproul for many years, and reading his books, he never desires nor does he ever go by “reverend” for the word “reverend” means “terrible” or “overwhelming.” He has never called himself or was never introduced at his college or at his church in Samford, Florida, as “revered RC Sproul” but the “JR” is not the senior or elder Dr. Sproul. Dr. Sproul Jr is Dr Sproul’s son.

Jonathan Buttall February 10, 2016 at 11:35 pm

I’m now wondering if Donald Trump could be it. I’ve always realized that if an actual Anti Christ came, the evangelicals, who are very naive, would be the last to see it. I once attended those kinds of churches and they were clueless about evil. They actually believe Trump is a Christian and believes in God, despite the strong evidence to the contrary. Up to now, many people including media sources think he’s another Hitler. That’s what I thought. Now I’m wondering if theres more to this evil presence. Imagine this monster having the most powerful position in the world early next year.

Rebecca February 13, 2016 at 5:58 pm

I actually came here for the same reason. I believe after praying about it I understand a little more about some of my doubts. In my humble opinion I think that the Anti-Christ is supposed to be someone that people follow because he is supposed to at first present himself as being Christ-like. That is how he will deceive so many. Donald Trump can’t come close to that definition. I hope that helps.

Rebecca February 13, 2016 at 5:53 pm

Thank you so much for this blog. It has answered many questions I have been struggling with lately. I am so happy that the Lord guided me to this.

Jacky March 1, 2016 at 11:14 am

Im really scared even though i believe in Jesus Christ and my mother does too i think my Father is a anti-Christ and i would hate for him to go to the Lake of fire. I wish we could all meet up in heaven once we pass. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Jack Wellman March 1, 2016 at 11:52 am

Hello Jacky. Thank you for your comment and question. We must take them through the law of God, including your father, that all who reject Jesus will be cut off from God forever (John 3:36b) so tell him that unless he repents of his sins, meaning he turns away from them and turns to God, and then places His trust in Christ, he won’t be saved. There is simply no other way to be saved than through Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). Any one that is against Jesus is anti-(or against) Jesus so just pray for his soul, witness to him and then trust God to do the rest. Read this on how to witness to family at this link and it’s called “How to Share the Gospel with Family” at: http://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/how-to-share-the-gospel-with-family/

wangshol salem April 20, 2016 at 9:06 am

Hello Jack,..
I know myself that, I’m a christian… but, sometimes, when i follow thy paths,.. i always seem to fall into darkness.
And being a teenager, it has always been hard for me to overcome the temptations, so.. what can i do?
I mean, what should I do to overcome them… to have a strong faith in the Lord?

Jack Wellman April 20, 2016 at 9:44 am

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to us all my friend. Adults have the same temptations as you do so what do you do? Hide or memorize God’s Word, pray when you are tempted, quote Scripture to remind you that we are called to live holy lives and to come out of her (Babylon or the sinful world). Talk to your pastor. Find a male accountability partner or mentor. You cannot overcome the world by yourself. You need God’s Spirit, His Word, and other members to pray for you and to hold you accountable.

Chrissy Gass. May 23, 2016 at 3:28 am

Read the bible daily. Surround yourself with positive Christian youth at your church. When i say positive i mean the ones that you know are living pure. Some friends you will lose because you dont want to be around their negative influences. Pray often about what your challenges are and for God to send you in the right direction and do not put your self vulnerable to those things you struggle with rather it be sex alcohol, drugs anything you know isnt pure. Having a group of christian friends that feel the same as you will help tremendously. It is more likely for you to pick up bad habits from the negative group of friends than for them to pick up your good Christian ways.

len July 12, 2016 at 3:52 pm

In South India there are many preachers of Pentecost denomination who preach for money, and fame. They preach Jesus is coming soon, Jesus appeared to them and told this …that……… And many people converted for sake of money as these preachers give money to people who convert from one religion to Pentecost denomination.. This is ridiculous……… I am not a preacher or priest but I predict in World War 3- India will fight against China and Pakistan, Iran against Saudi Arabia, North Korea against USA and South Korea, USA against Iran and Syria, Russia against NATO countries, China against Japan too, Iran against Iraq, Israel against Iran

Rachel September 20, 2016 at 6:27 pm

Just wanted to make note that the scripture (Revelation 13:16-17) indicates the mark is to be placed “in” the right hand or “in” the forehead- not “on” as the article states.
It’s important to make that distinction because at the time it was written, the technology to accomplish such a device would have still been science fiction.
If the mark was to be placed “on” the hand or forehead, a simple tattoo would do the trick.
I believe the Bible specifically says “in” rather than “on” to give us more clues as to when we are actually seeing the end times come to fruition.
The technology now exists. Just a humble observation.

Jack Wellman September 20, 2016 at 6:53 pm

Thank you Rachel. I believe it is correct because in the original Greek of Revelation 13, where we have used “on” is from the Greek word “epi” from which we get empidermal, as in the top layer of skin. “Epi” means “upon, on,” and even “at.” Thank you for sharing with us Rachel. The King James Version does not use the Greek meaning in this case as does the ESV, which in this particular case, is more accurate to the Greek.

Sheri November 5, 2016 at 4:56 pm

I’ve pondered on this “mark” and my interpretation is “It’s what’s in your mind; your thoughts and in your actions; done by your hand”. If we are all born sinners (because of our acceptance of “Free Will), we are born with the “mark”(similar to a seal?) or (“We sealed our fate”) and there is no other way to remove it except to be saved through Jesus Christ. That’s how we become accountable and are grafted in.

Jack Wellman November 6, 2016 at 7:25 pm

Thank you for your kind words Sheri. I just have to keep my eyes on Jesus, because the way the world looks, it could really get bad before He returns.

Craig Gleason October 27, 2016 at 4:16 pm

It’s now 2016 and every American doesn’t have a chip…….so frustrating when Christians use drama without facts. Don’t need to….just preach the gospel.

How will we know the antichrist came when we are in other areas such as U.S. on the the other side of the world and he will be in Jerusalem?

Traci Carter January 22, 2017 at 11:20 pm

That was very informational. I really enjoyed the read. I was wondering what the antichrist looked like, physical appearance. I thought I read in revelation that the antichrist’s hair was also the whitest of wool, but could not find that again. I was hoping to find it on here. If you know the scripture I am referring to and have the time, if you could post or email it that would be great. Thank you again for the study.

Trump is not gay, he is anti-abortion, is a nationalist for the citizens of America, All Trump wants is to do Good for the people and bring jobs back, send away criminals, keep islamist terrorists OUT! wants to lower taxes, HE IS FOR THE PEOPLE. How can anyone suggest Trump is hitler or anti-christ. WOW!

Julie Jorgensen February 9, 2017 at 5:18 pm

Hi Traci. The Lord gives Daniel a vision in Daniel 7:9 in which he sees the Ancient of Days (God the Father). “His garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head was like pure wool.” We are just beginning our study of Daniel’s visions of the end times and the anti-Christ. I encourage you to study and dig into His Word. We are a small but reputable Bible study…check us out at http://www.1stbaptistwow.com

then how do we overcome and fight this Antichrist we don’t even know we had inside us

Jack Wellman March 17, 2017 at 3:36 pm

Hello Dickson. We do not fight the antichrist. That is God’s doing by Christ Himself. We should not fear any man and we don’t have to overcome the antichrist and fight him. Talk to your pastor about this and see what he says and thank you my friend for your comment.

Mohamed is the Antichrist and Islam the beast.

R K M August 11, 2017 at 3:05 pm

John in Revelation is referring to Rome and Paul and the anti christs. As with Peter and James, John despises Paul. So, with that in mind, anti christ has already arrived and his name is Gentile Church.

Jack Wellman August 11, 2017 at 3:39 pm

Thank you sir. I cannot understand where you come up with John, James, and Peter despising Paul! I believer you are so wrong sir because the Book of Acts shows that Peter and James and Paul had some issues, but they made an agreement at the Jerusalem Council of the Church where James, Jesus’ step-brother presided over it.

What are your thoughts on the current sitting President and his administration?

Jack Wellman November 20, 2017 at 8:34 am

Hello my friend. I know this…since God’s will is to pray for our leaders and those in authority, I pray for this man and all leaders of the nation. Many claim President Trump is evil, but he is pro-life and supports Christian rights, so what do you think of him sir? I know he is NOT the anti-Christ.

Mark Trudeau March 28, 2018 at 3:39 am

Oh God above, save us. After reading this, I realised that Donald Trump is in fact the Anti-Christ. The great deceiver. I believed he would bring justice and morality back to the country but it seems I was wrong. There are a few signs to come but he has most of them already. He blasphemes (I don’t believe he’s a believer), he rules, he is threatening war, he may have destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple…. It’s terrifying.

Jack Wellman March 28, 2018 at 9:04 am

No, there is no evidence of President Trump being the Anti-Christ. The thing is, we can’t say if he is or is not a believer. Only God knows that, so we have no right to say if he is or isn’t a believer. Also, he is not blaspheming God. I have never seen him do that, in all his life. We are told to pray for those in authority and over us. I believe you are wrong. Pray for him and all other leaders, as the Bible commands us.

Chad T May 14, 2018 at 5:11 pm

Trump is definitely the anti-Christ. Thank goodness my Church now sees it.

Now we wait…

Jack Wellman May 14, 2018 at 5:19 pm

This statement has no scriptural support Chad. Since the Bible is silent on the exact person who is to be the anti-Christ, we should be silent too, and I think our president is far from that!

Stan August 8, 2018 at 11:40 am

I’m pretty certain that the Anti-Christ when he arrives will be mistaken as Jesus Christ. I don’t buy into the theory that the Anti-Christ will be a politician that seems to arrive on the scene from seemingly nowhere gathering power quickly.

I believe that the Anti-Christ will arrive the same way Jesus has said he is going to arrive. In the clouds (Probably during or near the end of a great war) and he will plant himself down on the Mount of Olives, eventually taking up a throne in Jerusalem. Many (Even the elect) will be deceived by this.

There’s no way I can see people giving a politician (Whose raising through the ranks) that kind of power over them. Sure, we’ve seen very influential people and dictators in the past but they never gained worldwide acceptance. Especially now that people are very skeptical of politicians.

This man has to fool the world into believing that he is the ‘Messiah’ and what a better way to do that making people believe he is Jesus Christ coming in the clouds.

I apologize. I forgot to ask one more thing…I read where you stated “reverend” means “terrible” or “overwhelming”. I have searched and can’t find anywhere that shows this (and i am a word geek). I did find where other pastors, religious leaders don’t like the term due to reverence being held for God and no man is to be revered or feared as God is… Thanks for the help!

Jack Wellman January 24, 2019 at 11:17 am

Hello Maggie. Reverend which is derived from Latin reverendus. The verse, “He sent redemption unto His people; He hath commanded His covenant for ever, holy and reverend is His name” is from Psalm 111:9, and the word, reverend, is found only one time in the entire Bible of the King James Version and then it was attributed to God; and it is derived from the Hebrew word, Yare, which occurs several hundred times in the original Bible. It has been rendered by such words as fearful, terrible and dreadful. I hope this has helped.

Gen 15:13 Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. :14 And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions.”

Believer August 24, 2019 at 10:14 am

It’s Trump.
He has called himself The Chosen One, and King of Israel. All signs point to him.

Jack Wellman August 24, 2019 at 10:20 am

You are so wrong. You have no clue. We are to pray for our leaders of governement and you accuse the Presdient of being the anti-Christ. I pray you repent of this sin.

Jack Wellman August 24, 2019 at 10:21 am

We are to pray for our leaders as Scripture says, but you are accusing the president of being the anti-Christ. You could not be more wrong. THere is no validity from Scripture for your claim. repent of this accusation.
