I say you did good. Lust is basically attraction turned obsessive, which is exactly why the Messiah said never to look at a woman with lustful intentions (out-of-control desire to do her), because by doing that we cross into that very same dangerous territory.
I have found however, that that same obsessive trait is its weakness. It is often brought down by a dose of realism, in other words, accepting it’s very unlikely you ever will have that desire fulfilled with that specific woman. I know because I tried that myself, and it ACTUALLY WORKED!! 😀 In fact, I even did a dance to celebrate, and deleted all liked videos to do with the Disney song “Hellfire” as victorious symbolism. I greet you in the name of God, my problem with lust is my self-control of discovered. Have pray on it more times and fasted on its more times, and yet still can’t overcome it Ooo.
May the Lord God, please kindly help me to overcome the lust of emotional , you know me more than I know myself so help me lord .

Praying for you now sir. Some people fast when they are trying to overcome a sin. We cannot do anything without Jesus (John 15:5) but all things thru Christ (Phil 4:13).
