Gratitude

Father,

Thank You for leading us to this house. It is wonderful and just right for our family. We didn’t know which house You would lead us to, but we trusted You. I pray, Lord, that as You led us to this house that You will continue to lead us daily. We give You the honor, praise and glory this day!

7 Simple Prayers For Blessing A New Home

1st Time Home Owner

Dear Lord,

Trying to find a home was so exciting! I never imagined having my own home would be so invigorating. Lord, this was a new process and I thank You for putting the right people in my life to make this happen. My realtor was very kind and answered all of my questions to help me purchase this home. As I learn to maintain this home, Father, maintain my heart and help me to always remember that this home is not my forever home. You have a room ready for me in glory! I love You, Lord!

Amen

Unexpected Problems

Oh Lord,

I pray for your blessing on this home. Some problems have risen that I did not see coming and I fear how much money I may have to put into repairing these issues. I know I can fix the minor issues, but the heater is out. Father, I pray that this issue is really an easy, small problem and that I won’t have to purchase a new unit to keep the house warm. Father, give me peace to know that Your blessing is still here even in the midst of uncertainty.

Amen

My New Neighborhood

Father In Heaven,

I thank You for this new neighborhood You have led us to. I pray that as you have given us this wonderful blessing for a home that You would also bless our neighborhood. Our next door neighbors seem very kind, Father, and I pray that as we get to know them more and more that You use my family to show Christ to them and the other neighbors close by. I love You!

Amen

For Husbands And Wives Only

Dear Lord,

I thank You for leading my wife and me to this home. It is just perfect for us and for the family we want to have. Lord, I pray for Your blessing on this home that it will one day fill with children for us to love and care for. Bless our marriage, Father. Bless our marriage bed. As we walk with You, we pray that You will bring us closer to each other every day. We love this house and we love You! Bless our future here, Father.

Amen

Those With Children

Abba, Father

We thank You for this wonderful home You have blessed us with! I pray for each of my kids, Lord, that they will be blessed with many memories to cherish as they grow older. I have so many wonderful memories of my childhood and I pray the same will be said for my kids. Help me, Lord, to be the best mom/dad that I can be for them all. Help me to be the best husband/wife that I can to show my kids and my spouse that they mean so much to me! I am excited for the future in this home and I pray for Your blessing to continue in it throughout the years.

Amen

It’s Yours

Lord,

I am truly thankful for this home that You have led us to. Lord, as much as I love this home I place it into Your hands for it really is Yours. Nothing happens without Your foreknowledge. Father, may I be a good steward of this home. Bless my efforts to grow a beautiful family and also a beautiful home. Lord, may this be a home that people know are always welcome, for it is Your home. So, I ask for Your blessing on it. May it be a place of refuge from the cold winter winds. May it be a place of security when my kids/spouse needs a hug or a serious conversation. May it be a place of romance as my husband/wife and I dance in the kitchen and long for one another when we are apart. This home is such a blessing and I will not take it for granted. I love, You!

Amen

Final Thoughts

If you have recently purchased a home, congratulations! Pray for God’s blessing in it and on you as well. May God bless you all as you continue to live a life worthy of the calling!

Hallo Derek
We have been trying to sell our house for almost a year now and it has been the hardest thing to do. We had two buyer who couldn’t secure a loan and every time someone signs the offer on the house, we go house hunting….and every time we loose the house we wanted to buy.
I know the Lord has plans for us to prosper but I really try to understand why this is happening to us.
I don’t want to question God, but sometimes I can’t help it.

Will you please pray for us? This is the most stressful time in our lives and it hard to explain to the children why God doesn’t answer our prayers.

I hope that we will be praying the prayers above very soon.

Regards
Marietjie

Hi Marietjie, Do you have a good realtor? That will make all the difference in the world. They can pre-approve the buyer and also work with the buyers agent to get the best buyer for your home. There are also a many extra’s a realtor brings to the table to secure the selling of your home, like online marketing, offline marketing and other ways to find the largest pool of buyers for your home.

Hi Marietjie

I am not sure if you sold your house or not.You may have a good realtor or 2 offers but have you ever thought that the new owner may not be in the picture yet till God prepare him/her? Just remember you are the care taker of your house , Everything is belong to GOD from our breath to our material. we are a keeper and enjoyer. So please relax and talk to God and ask GOD to help you to direct you for the right path not your path.
please ask God if he wishes you to stay in that house; If so then help you not worries and if he wants this house to be sold then he help the next person so he/she can buy your house quickly. Sometime you have to pray for others in on order to get to your prayer answered.
Let GOD decide for you. Don’t force it , remember , God may want you to stay at your house because he feels you are safe in that house.
Warm Regards,

Angel

As God to help you find the house that God wants for you NOT the house YOU want for yourselves. A house that God gives you will be the best house you will ever get since it will be entirely up to God and you will never have to worry about a thing. You will always remember to come to God should something go wrong because it was God who gave you the house in the first place. A friend reminded me of this wisdom 3 years ago when we bought our current home. It worked 100%. Of course God’s plans work that way.

God, Please Open Thy Door To My Next Home

Dear Jesus, I need your help, your vision, do not let me walk this path alone.

As always I place all my FAITH and LOVE in you. Today, I was notified by my landlord that I have 60 days to vacate and find another home. I asked my landlord if I had done something wrong as a tenant, his reply was ‘No’ that he wanted to sell the property. Suddenly, I felt faint as though I was hit by a ‘Wrecking Ball’, dazed, and confused wondering why, would he drive down to Section 8, pick up the paperwork, notify them he was giving me 60 days to vacate, (and me knowing nothing of this) hours later ring my doorbell and hand me the paperwork, yet I did nothing wrong as a tenant. Fact, God knows I was a good tenant until, I sustained a double back injury through my employer, which, by the way, I am still fighting these court issues, battling for compensation while being laid up with my back injuries and unable to move, unable to work, with (0) zero income denied from AHCCCS, denied from Social Security and live alone. I’ve never been late with rent, as my rent is paid in full from April to November 2016. I have always paid my rent on time, or months in advance. My ability for the upkeep and maintenance of yard work has had its moments, I must admit but, I would still attempt to get most of it done (after all I am an elder lady and injured). God, I am asking for a ‘Golden Opportune Door’ to open for me, just a bit, it does not have to be 100%

Just enough where I can slide through to vision light. . .
Do not let me walk this path alone. . .
Open thy door for me. . .
The door to my new home. . .
The door financially. . .
The door for healing. . .

My fellow lightworkers, do not let me walk this path alone. . .
Assist me with prayers, your key that unlocks the door to my new home. . .

God loves us all. . .

Dear Lord,
Please help me tomorrow with buying a new car. Help me with the business associate at the dealerships. They try to sell you anything. I need something reliable, cheap, fuel efficient, big enough for my older son to fit in. Most of all good in my budge. I am a single mom. God help me and whomever I am with. AMEN
