Thanks Crystal,

I heartily agree that God is still in the daily miracle business. I especially love this quote of yours,

“We must continue to press Him in prayer for the miraculous and not settle so quickly into doubt, anxiety, or fear. Miracles will continue.”

My favorite miracle is God invading humanity in the form of Jesus,

“The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God.”(Lk 1:35)

That miracle is enough and yet God blesses us with the myriad upon myriad miracles of His creation including our very lives and how His creation is balanced for our existence, so that we might bring Him Glory through our adoption as His children.

Often we look for the solution to terrible circumstances in our lives(loss of job, illness, death, etc) in the form of a miracle. I think of the Christians persecuted and martyred today in the Middle East and around the globe. I pray for their deliverance and that God will do a miracle in their lives to rescue them from their oppressors.

Christians need to remember(especially me) that the miracle we seek might have already been given us and that the miracle we are praying for, which does not come as we had planned, does not mean that God has forgotten us or that He does not hear our heart’s cry. He does!

We rejoice that no matter what “happens” in our lives, we already have received the greatest miracle of all, which is eternal life. We keep crying out to God knowing His Word is true that, “…all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”.(Rom 8:28), and that ultimately we are….,

“…convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”(Rom 8:38,39).

God is still intervening in our lives through “all” of these daily miracles. Praise Him!

Yes God is still doing miracles and I’m happy because I’m serving the Lord of miracle.

Yes, God is still doing miracles but we cannot. These all come from God. Many false wonders are done perhaps thru Satan’s power.
