Dear Derek, Thank you for your obedience to God in writing your testimony. The feeling of encouragement I felt was immeasurable. I hope you keep listening to the heart of God and share more stories with all the readers. Hope is such an important treasure of this believer. I have been dealing with heartbreak for a few years. My friends and family believe that I am simply joyful and peaceful. My daughters believe that sometimes I am a bit sad. I can speak hope to many that I fellowship with. In regards to my own heart I am a hypocrite. Pretending all is well, “no heartbreak here.” I have 4 daughters I put on a smiley face and speak positive and hope of the Lord. I put the face on but my heart is still broken. After reading your testimony I feel as if there is hope after heartbreak. Thank you and many blessings to your children, yourself and all responsible for this site, Christy

Hello Christy. I think your heart is in the right place but maybe its time to fine tune your actions. Our church statement has kept me grounded in this. It talks about being real with God and with each other. Don’t be afraid to show you are down. You can still have joy in your salvation at the same time 🙂 I know that may sound weird, but I wear my heart on my sleeve 24/7 and even when I am really down I try to thank God for the blessings that I do have, including salvation and my children. I will pray for you right now. Stay strong in the Lord as He guides you. God bless you!

The prayer samples have been very helpful. I have received a lot of information from this site. And for myself, “God’s wisdom never fails.” A lot of times it seems contrary to logic (at first) but it will never fail you.

I just lost my wonderful Fiancé suddenly of an unexpected heart attack and am still in shock somehow God reminds that there’s too much to be grateful for and I spring forward and continue. Trust me it’s difficult however God is right there again and again reminding me that we’re not alone I have a lovely family brothers and sisters 2 amazing daughters. My fiancé is still the love of my life He was amazing and God called him. I’m happy for him and try to listen to the Lord for his Wisdom Knowledge and to understand his messages. I have developed a better understanding of his teachings and Blessings It’s the way I can better understand why without doubting. Thank you
