Gentle Man
I get sad when i think i did best but not awarded but who did lesser than me He is awarded by the authority. This made me very upset and leave every plan in my life and get seriously disturbed.
for many days I get inactive and sad.
Please give me solution of the problem. what should do in this regard to avoid frustation
Hello friend. Jesus said that if we seek to receive honor and credit in this world, that is our reward, but if we suffer silently when we are not given credit or rewarded, this is pleasing in God’s sight and HE will reward you, so what you do in secret, God will reward openly. Having God reward you is better because it’s an eternal reward. Receiving an award from man is only temporary and means nothing to God. Read Philippians 2.
Thank-you Derek, what an Awesome article which I am sure will help all who read it and soak it in! God Bless You too!
Thank you for your words of kindness, Paul. I really appreciate it. I am so thankful for all I have, including writing for WCWTK. God is very good all the time! God bless you and your loved ones too!
Love your use of scripture throughout this article. Great job, brother.
Thank you Josh. The Bible truly is the living Word! The scriptures come alive at me every time I read it. God bless you brother.
Superb my brother. I believe that my greatest challenge is your first way and that is trusting God. I fail too many times at trusting Him when appearances look bad and it shows my sinful nature of depending upon myself too much. I know this is sin and why can I not trust Him more? (don’t answer that! LOL). If He can create the universe, why do I have a hard time when I look at my checkbook? Thanks brother for another teaching that I take to heart and badly need. Your such a blessing and gifted teacher and writer.
Thank you Jack. We all do depend on ourselves more than we should. I am probably the worst one. You are right; if God created the whole universe, why do we have a hard time trusting Him? His love for us is truly amazing! It is hard to wrap my brain around just how patient He is with us. His forgiveness is never-ending. His love is overflowing. His mercy is always plentiful. Our God is AWESOME!!! God bless you brother! Thank you for your encouragement!
Thanks for this great article, I have a desire for children and I truly enjoy being in the childrens ministry. I just feel there’s more I can do in my life and my daily prayer is that God helps me to underrstand my purpose in this life.
Thank you Rabecca. Doing what you love for the kingdom is always a blessing to you and to those who are around you. Keep praying, if you feel like there is more for you. “Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalm 37:4) God bless you and your desire to impact the kingdom even more!
Thanks so much for this inspiration. Many at time we bypass these needies arround us, in our immediate environment and think that the only place to give and make our public show is in the church where we’ll be seen by men for applause. Even though it’s not bad to give in the church for the spread of the gospel, we also need to know that charity begins at home. Godbless you.
Thank you Njah. You reminded me of Matthew 5:5-6. “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” If we are going to church for applause, then we have missed the point. Thank you for a great reminder! God bless you!
This quite encouraging
Thank you so much Cecilia. God bless you and your loved ones!
My name is joe I love doing the work of God,my challenge is there this spirtual gift I needed in my ministry but is nt forth coming what do I do?
Thank you for your comment Joe. If God has not given you a certain spiritual gift then I would suggest praying to Him about it. If God doesn’t give you the gift then you were not meant to have it brother. We are all given different gifts. I encourage you to seek a ministry that suits the talents and skills God has given you. When you travel the path the God plans out, you will reap a harvest for the kingdom!
Hey, first and foremost I would like to say this is a great article.
I’m writing you because I want to turn my life over to the Lord and I need help. May you help me please?
Hello Shanay. This is GREAT news!! I was excited when I read this! Turning your life over to God is quite simple. You must truly believe that Jesus Christ lived in Heaven and came down to earth to die on the cross for your sin and that His death was the redemption for your sin. If you believe in Christ and accept Him as the Lord and Savior of your life, then you are saved! Acts 2:38 says, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” So, repent of being a sinner (which is daily for all of us) and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Baptism is a public confession saying to other witnesses that you do believe in Christ’s death, burial and resurrection for your sins. When you do this, you will receive the Holy Spirit, for it is promised in the verse above. Jesus says, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6) I praise God for you and I am so grateful that you want to give your life to God. Not only am I excited but so are the angels in heaven. “There is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 15:10) God bless you Shanay!!
Thank you so much. I have alot more questions. How do I stop myself from giving into temptation? How do I pray for protection and guidance ? Etc
Great to hear from you again, Shanay. The best way to stop yourself from giving into temptation is to memorize scripture. When Satan is feeding you his lies, you can counter him with truth. Lets say that you are being tempted to steal money by Satan. A good verse to say back at him is Proverbs 10:2, which says, “Treasures gained by wickedness do not profit, but righteousness delivers from death.” Memorizing scripture will give you the ammunition that you need to counter the devil. In regards to praying for protection and guidance, I would simply ask God to protect you as you go about your day and while you sleep. Pray that God will lead you exactly where He wants you to go. Pray that God’s will be done in your life always. God bless you and your loved ones, and have a Very Merry Christmas 🙂
My name is val i have recently found god i dont know what he has in mind for me but reading your article has really helped thankyou
Thank you Val. I am so excited you have found God and I hope you have also chosen Jesus Christ to be your Savior and Lord. God rarely gives us the whole picture. He usually gives us one step at a time. Pray to God and ask Him to guide you where He wants you to go. God bless you and thank you for stopping by WCWTK.
This really helped me. Thank you for being obedient to GOD. GOD bless you & your family.
Thank you so much Tracy! May God bless you and your family as well 🙂 Thank you for stopping by WCWTK! God bless you!

Thank you so much Ronda! I understand all about trials and I am going to pray for you. May God show you His will through the things you are going through right now. God bless you and thank you so much for stopping by our site!
Sorry, I could not even read this. Jeremiah was not written for us, it was written for Israel during the exile. promising ISRAEL that God has a plan to prosper and make them good. Not the people, but Israel. The exile took 70 years, so how was this verse applicable to a person in the middle of his life during the exile? This scripture was more or less telling the Israelites to get comfy, because it was going to be a long one, but God has a plan. Don’t mean to rant, just a big pet peeve of mine for people to use that out of context
Nice article shared. God really creates very good things for us. So just enjoy the life and love what you do.
Why have you included a hymn that is written for LDS children? The hymn is not Christian, but Mormon.
I m from Hindu family. In our family we 3 sisters believes in Jesus Christ. I want to know will of God in my life. I m searching answer for this. I m reading bible and going to church.
Hello Vini. God’s will for your life is in the Bible and that is to repent and trust in Christ but also to share Christ with the lost. This much of God’s will we do know because it’s in the Bible. God’s will for your life is something only God knows as no one, even me, can tell you what that is. To seek God’s hidden will or secret will for your life is also futile because God doesn’t tell us everything in advance. We must obey God and leave all the consequences up to Him. Nice article Derek. I needed to read this to kind of Jumpstart my walk with God. Thank you for following God’s Will in writing it and giving me the motivation to walk on. God bless you!
Thank you for the sharing
God Bless you
My names Riches Monday, I must confess I’ve been so bless with this website article, Its has been a source of inspiration to me.
But I have a question pertaining to this article, and my question is? I have many skills singing, playing the piano, writing, playing foot ball and so on, but how do I know which part to follow as the plan God has for me.?
Hello Mr. Monday and thank you sir for your question. I believe God used that runner in Chariots of fire and it was not a job in a ministry, but God often uses those in everyday settings to reach those whom may have no other witness for Christ. Tim Tebow is a great example of God using him in football. God will use you for His glory in these things if they are done for His glory and they are God-glorying. I would say do what is your greatest pleasure…if on a deserted island, what one instrument could you not do without. Maybe that’s your answer.
