20 Beautiful Bible Verses for Women

by Pamela Rose Williams on October 12, 2011 · Print Print · Email Email

One of the definitions of beauty at dictionary.com is “a beautiful person, espe-cially a woman”. I would agree when we think of beauty in a person we generally think of women, however we can see beauty in the actions of any person; male or female. The Bible has much to say about the beauty of women. Beautiful women may be defined as such because of physical features, but in the Bible we see more about beauty as defined by character. In Proverbs 31 we even see an entire chapter devoted to what King Lemuel’s mother taught him about the ideal woman. She taught him to look for something beautiful in the woman that he would have for his wife because God made all women to be something beautiful. Take a look at these twenty beautiful Bible verses for women.

Character Traits of a Beautiful Woman

Agreeable

Proverbs 19:13 A foolish son is ruin to his father, and a wife’s quarreling is a continual dripping of rain.

Proverbs 21:9 It is better to live in a corner of the housetop than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife.

Proverbs 21:19 It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman.

Excellent

Proverbs 31:10 An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels.

Faithful & Trustworthy

1 Timothy 3:11 Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

Gracious & Honorable

Proverbs 11:16 A gracious woman gets honor, and violent men get riches.

Helpful

Genesis 2:18, 22-24 Then the LORD God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.” … And the rib that the LORD God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

Kindhearted & Generous

Proverbs 31:20-21 She opens her hand to the poor and reaches out her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of snow for her household, for all her household are clothed in scarlet.

Proverbs 31:26 She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.

Submissive & Respectful

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Ephesians 5:22-23, 33 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior… However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

Colossians 3:18 Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.

Titus 2:2-5 Older men are to be sober-minded, dignified, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.

1 Peter 3:1-2 Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives, when they see your respectful and pure conduct.

Wise

Proverbs 14:1 The wisest of women builds her house, but folly with her own hands tears it down.

Beautiful Women in the Bible

Genesis 12:11, 14 When he was about to enter Egypt, he said to Sarai his wife, “I know that you are a woman beautiful in appearance … When Abram entered Egypt, the Egyptians saw that the woman was very beautiful.

Genesis 24:16 The young woman was very attractive in appearance, a maiden whom no man had known. She went down to the spring and filled her jar and came up.

Ruth 1:16-17 But Ruth said, “Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you. For where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there will I be buried. May the LORD do so to me and more also if anything but death parts me from you.”

Esther 2:7 He was bringing up Hadassah, that is Esther, the daughter of his uncle, for she had neither father nor mother. The young woman had a beautiful figure and was lovely to look at, and when her father and her mother died, Mordecai took her as his own daughter.

Song of Solomon 4:1 Behold, you are beautiful, my love, behold, you are beautiful! Your eyes are doves behind your veil. Your hair is like a flock of goats leaping down the slopes of Gilead.

Christian Quotes About Women

I cannot tell you how much I owe to the solemn word of my good mother.  ~ Charles Spurgeon

I remember my mother’s prayers and they have always followed me. They have clung to me all my life- Abraham Lincoln
All places where women are excluded tend downward to barbarism; but the moment she is introduced, there come in with her courtesy, cleanliness, sobriety, and order- Harriet Beecher Stowe

God is looking for imperfect men and women who have learned to walk in moment-by-moment dependence on the Holy Spirit. Christians who have come to terms with their inadequacies, fears, and failures. Believers who have become discontent with ‘surviving’ and have taken the time to investigate everything God has to offer in this life.- Charles Stanley

What women rightly long for is spiritual and moral initiative from a man, not spiritual and moral domination.- John Piper

Is my favorite, we live in a world where being a virgin is unrealistic and yet it seemed so imported that it was mentioned that no man had ever known. That’s beautiful, I would like to be described like that.

It’s nice to know that there are people who share the same belief. It’s important because you don’t feel alone. Genesis28:15 “I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land” Remember greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world, no matter the situation find comfort in knowing that you are not alone and that he is carrying you out of that darkness.

That is really cool. One thing I was taught in my church is that reformation needs to start with individuals. We have been misinformed and have conformed and now we are deformed because of the lies we were told. I think that we live in a time where most people have become insensitive to subjects like purity; because we forget that what we do affects other people. It is up to us and not about us. We need to stand up for what we believe in, if the world can do what is wants and is not mocked, why can we not do what is right without fear of being ridiculed. The Journey is hard but the efforts are worth it!

Thinking it odd to see all the physical beauty Scriptures listed as if relevant to someone. You’ve either got it or you don’t. How does physical beauty play a roll in these amazing women’s lives other than drawing a natural man attention to them? Their looks are a side note not a goal for us ladies. We know by human nature to give that to men. But what these women had was more than Proverbs 31 beauty. Some of us can never achieve that so why bring it up. We ladies are called by God to do our best as he gives us strength in all areas not strive to be the girl with the naturally voluptuous body and perfect skin and facial features. God thinks we are all beautiful! He made mankind and His eyes aren’t like Soloman. God has beautiful words about eachvof you

Hi Heather Ryan, I happen to love Proverbs 31 because it is advice that a King received from his Mother (Prov 31:1). I agree achieving everything that it says may be difficult and even impossible, but why not at least set a goal? I can think of no better goal than some advice which we have at our fingertips in the Holy Bible. I believe it is very important to be reminded of the wonderful things that God has written to us in his Holy Word.

I recall this passage: “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17).” I believe Proverbs 31 will fall into at least one of those categories.

Hi I’m Carla
I was just wondering if you realise how demeaning some of these quotes are towards women, talking about us like we’re animals, submitting and obeying. Do you really believe that women should have these lists of rules that men command them to do and not to do whereas men have non of these responsibilities? I’m not writing this to be offensive, I respect your beliefs but how can you post these quotes that trample over everything women have fought for over the past 100years? I hope you don’t mind me starting a friendly debate, I am studying religious studies in high school and I was looking for quotes, these where very useful for what I needed, thank you!

Hello Carla, thank you for commenting here at WCWTK. Help me to know exactly what you mean by “talking about us like we’re animals, etc.” In order for us to have balance in our world we must submit and obey when necessary, otherwise we would live in utter chaos. These words from the Bible are God breathed — they are His words and since I believe the Bible is the written word of God then, yes I really believe that women and every human needs guidelines that will help them to live a life that is pleasing to the Lord. When we step out of our roles we are messing with God’s design for humankind. And Carla, it is not true that men are lacking responsibilities. On the contrary, the man’s role is challenging and the Bible actually says “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it” (Eph 5:25). To me that is so much more than we as the “help meet” are expected to do. You see Christ gave His life on the cross at Calvary more than 2,000 years ago because He loved us so much. He gave His life because we are sinful and we need a Savior to rescue us from certain death (Romans 3:23; 6:23) Do you know Jesus can be your Savior too? When He is your Savior your eyes will be open to the truths of the Bible. Have you read my testimony? You can see it on my site here: Meet My Savior. I can write these words because I truly believe that what God says is true. I have simply transcribed them from His Holy Bible. Carla I hope you do well in your class, but what’s more important I hope you can understand that my love for God and His word is what inspired me to write this article.

Hi Carla,

I just felt like chiming in on this, I know it’s a very late reply (only by… a few years, ha ha) but I just wanted to give my perspective on this. Your comment is one that’s been brought up countless times and is something women have gotten upset over for years and years. I see it this way: God has given men responsibilities and rules, being the leaders of the family. In regards to their wives, He has told men to love their wives as much as themselves. As much as themselves. People have difficulties loving their own children as much as themselves, and men are supposed to love their wives that much. Women are just asked to follow their husbands. We’re not supposed to be controlled, we’re not slaves, we’re not objects, we’re supposed to be cherished and all God says is that we should let that man that adores us as much as himself lead us. It’s not asking all that much, when you put everything into perspective. That’s how I see it, anyways. Look up Ephesians 5 if you (or if anyone reading this) are still interested, and really compare the verses for husbands and wives. Nobody ever brings up the ‘rules’ for husbands. :)
Sorry for tardiness, thank you for your time,
Hannah

22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26 to make her holy, cleansing[b] her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— 30 for we are members of his body. 31 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.”[c] 32 This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

Hello Pamela,
I really enjoyed reading your page. While I agree some are positive about the role of women, some of the verses are extremely derogatory about women and I would have to agree with carla. For example all of the first 4 verses are not talking about women in a positive way. Especially the ‘excellent’ verse. Its clearly saying that there were hardly any decent women at the time.
Also,I know the bible is supposed to be the word of God, but how many times has it been written and rewritten over the centuries, and had words, phrases and even whole parts of it changed from the original to suit the specific needs of corrupt governments or Kings. Surely the original is the most authentic in terms of Gods message, and maybe we should be a little cautious in implying the current bible that most christians read is the absolute word of God. Having read recently two contemporary translation, even the differences between them are quite shocking.
Having said that, I love the fact you’ve researched beautiful verses for women. All the best Phil

Hello Philip, thank you for your comment. You are entitled to believe as you choose. I choose to believe that the Bible, even today, is the inspired word of God. I believe that as holy men of God were inspired by Holy Spirit that they wrote down His words. I disagree with you about the vereses that you called derogatory, I encouraged you to read them again. They are real and true. My faith is built on nothing less than who God is, what He has written for us and the precious gift of His Son, my Savior. I believe with all my heart that we must believe it all or believe none of it. How else can we know which parts are true or false? I believe the Bible is the living word of God and that it is as relevant today as when it was first penned. There is no new thing under the sun.
I am glad you enjoyed this page, I hope you will visit again.

Hello again!
I mean’t, by saying a woman should obey a man is like saying a dog should obey it’s owner, the word ‘obey’ suggests that the thing obeying is second and less important. the word also suggests that there is no question; a woman will obey a man with no question she has to listen and do as he says, which is understandable millions of years ago but you have to look at the bible in context to the age in which we live. Furthermore in the bible men do not obey to women when necessary, only women to men.
thank you x
p.s. I’m not a Christian, but i know many who agree with my views on the bible.

Well hello again Carla, I am so happy you came back for a visit. I would like to revisit your word “obey” and point you to another article that I wrote about obedience. It is true that obedience is done without choice. And this is different from submission (which is the word used mostly in this article). I talk about that too and show you the difference between the two words here http://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/bible-verses-about-obedience-20-powerful-scriptures-quotes/

I hope you will have time to read that article. Also, you said //Furthermore in the bible men do not obey to women when necessary, only women to men.// I have to disagree with you, I can name a few such as Deborah the Judge, Miriam (sister to Moses) and Queen Esther. These were all women who commanded all people in their realm of influence, and this included men. I encourage you to take some time to read a couple of the books in the Bible, Esther, Exodus and Judges, you can learn of these women leaders there.

Finally, I believe the Bible is the living word of God and is as relevant today as it was all those years ago. I believe you have been misinformed and encourage you to read for yourself and learn what the Bible has to offer. You will be amazed at some of the things you read.

Drop in again if you like, I enjoy our conversations.

Pam,
I recently got inspiration to start a prayer journal for my 2 children: a 5 yr. old boy and 2 yr. old girl. One of my greatest desires is to leave a legacy of prayer for my children- one that they can go back to and see how I have asked God to shape and mold them. I think some of the most powerful prayers a child can receive are those of a mother who only wants the will of God in their lives. I did a google search on Bible verses about beauty (want to impart as much wisdom as I can to my children about beauty) and came across your article- Thank you for the work you have put in to research and then share with others :) One of my favorite studies is “Captivating: Unveiling the Mystery of a Woman’s Soul” written by John and Stasi Eldredge (John wrote “Wild at Heart” for men). What “Wild at Heart” does for men, “Captivating” does for women. The author talks about what the world says about beauty and the expectations of women and compares it to how God sees beauty and what He expects out of His most beautiful creation: woman. The authors even talk about what submission looks like in today’s world. Stasi is honest and humorous as she shares some of her journey that God brought her through, of what it means to be a woman of God. Thank you for your commitment and love to the Lord. And may I encourage you in your stand for your faith.

Hi Michelle, I am so touched by your comment. Thank you for edifying me in what I am doing. I give all the glory and honor to God because He inspires me to share His word in so many ways. I love your idea about a prayer journal for your children — one day they will have tears over your journal sister. These will be tears of joy and abundant love that they have for a Mama that loves them so much that she committed to write about it. I will pray for you as you follow through on your journal. You have some wonderful years ahead of you and I want to encourage you to cherish every moment for one day your little ones will be all grown up (as are mine) and raising families of their own. You will need those memories to fill the void that they leave when they fly from your nest. You have made my day dear. Blessings to you

How are the first 3 versus “beautiful”? Not sure I understand or see how those are relevant to “the beauty of women”???

Reply

Pamela Rose Williams June 12, 2012 at 10:51 am

Hi Neva, I will repeat those verses here and then explain:

Proverbs 19:13 A foolish son is ruin to his father, and a wife’s quarreling is a continual dripping of rain.

Proverbs 21:9 It is better to live in a corner of the housetop than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife.

Proverbs 21:19 It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman.

My subtitle for these three verses is “Agreeable” and I am pointing out that these verses are the “opposite” of agreeable. These verses speak about attitudes of which a beautiful woman should avoid. I was employing the literary use of irony — to convey the Biblical principle that beautiful women are agreeable. Please pardon me for the confusion.

I am encouraged by your post. Being a Godly Man in our society today is very difficult. By a Godly Man I mean a Christ loving, wife hounoring, children loving Husband and Father. It is so difficult as a male to comunicate in such a fashion that what i am trying to say will be heard, not a mistake of respect or role or gender or some other priority gets forgotten or overlooked. Women should be honoured, loved, repected, celebrated, also they should be responsiblevfor thier actions. What i mean is,… in order for Women to be honoured Men do not have to be dishonoured. It seems all that being a Man in Christ stands for is aweful in the eyes of Women. It seems to be the Man you wanted as a Father and a Husband and a friend, we as Men have to accept total direspect for the roles we as children of God have inherited just like you did as being a Women. Most men are not Women hating control freaks, but just to get to hello in any conversation we must abandon all that is buitiful about being a Man. This is unfare. I say Women stand up, step up, step over, then step with your partner who under neath Your predudice, may be the Godly Man you have been looking for.

Hey you guys left out some of the best passages!

1 Corinthians 14:34 women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says.

1 Timothy 2:12
I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.

Ephesians 5:22-24
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

1 Timothy 2:11-14
A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.

ecclesiasticus 25:19,24
Sin began with a woman, and we must all die because of her.

This verse helped me through a very hard time in my life, when I was escaping domestic violence & struggling to rebuild my life..

Isaiah 54
New International Version (NIV)
The Future Glory of Zion

54 “Sing, barren woman,
you who never bore a child;
burst into song, shout for joy,
you who were never in labor;
because more are the children of the desolate woman
than of her who has a husband,”
says the Lord.
2 “Enlarge the place of your tent,
stretch your tent curtains wide,
do not hold back;
lengthen your cords,
strengthen your stakes.
3 For you will spread out to the right and to the left;
your descendants will dispossess nations
and settle in their desolate cities.
4 “Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame.
Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated.
You will forget the shame of your youth
and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.
5 For your Maker is your husband—
the Lord Almighty is his name—
the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;
he is called the God of all the earth.
6 The Lord will call you back
as if you were a wife deserted and distressed in spirit—
a wife who married young,
only to be rejected,” says your God.
7 “For a brief moment I abandoned you,
but with deep compassion I will bring you back.
8 In a surge of anger
I hid my face from you for a moment,
but with everlasting kindness
I will have compassion on you,”
says the Lord your Redeemer.
9 “To me this is like the days of Noah,
when I swore that the waters of Noah would never again cover the earth.
So now I have sworn not to be angry with you,
never to rebuke you again.
10 Though the mountains be shaken
and the hills be removed,
yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken
nor my covenant of peace be removed,”
says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
11 “Afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted,
I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise,[a]
your foundations with lapis lazuli.
12 I will make your battlements of rubies,
your gates of sparkling jewels,
and all your walls of precious stones.
13 All your children will be taught by the Lord,
and great will be their peace.
14 In righteousness you will be established:
Tyranny will be far from you;
you will have nothing to fear.
Terror will be far removed;
it will not come near you.
15 If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing;
whoever attacks you will surrender to you.
16 “See, it is I who created the blacksmith
who fans the coals into flame
and forges a weapon fit for its work.
And it is I who have created the destroyer to wreak havoc;
17 no weapon forged against you will prevail,
and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
and this is their vindication from me,”
declares the Lord.

To those who think that Bible is showing women to be inferior, I would like to say that, please have a look around you and decided for yourself whether the wisdom of God is better or our own selfish desires.
You can see how divorce and immorality is so common, some women literally talk to their husbands as ordering their dogs. I think that’s more like being animals. I think a God loving society is much better than a Godless society. The men in west now try to look for a faithful wives, overseas just because women are so full of pride and treat them as their puppies. God surely knows best for us and there is peace that passes understanding in His commandments. In actual fact there are. more instructions for men then women in Bible. There is much that mcan be said on this topic and I would especially like to encourage the Christian ladies to keep Christ as your example in life ans live by ever word that proceeds from the mouth of God. To those who don’t believe, please just don’t be decieved by big bang millions of years will never turn nothing into such a beautiful and complex world. Things Devolve they don’t evolve like your text books tell. Its a big joke!

I would just like to say that we must not believe what people tell us, we need to check things out for ourselves. For instanse there is no chapter 25 in ecclesiastes. You need to check the references out for yourselves and read them in context. You might think that you know better than God, but how many of you really feel content and at peace in your life? It gives me so much peace and contentment and so much less stress when I give the same respect and authority to my husband that you give to your boss. Of course it is easier when my husband submits to the pattern of perfect love, but the best way to change someone is by example so if my husband does not follow the perfect example of love (christ) then if he sees me loving him unconditionally then we can still have peace, and its not often at all that a man will be mean to his wife when she remains an example of love.

Great article! I was trying to find some inspiration for my niece’s 16th birthday and I found it. Thank you so much.
Woe to Alex and Robert:
Jude 1:18 They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.”
Luke 6:25 Woe to you who are well fed now, for you will go hungry. Woe to you who laugh now, for you will mourn and weep.
2 Peter 3:3-4 Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.”
2 Corinthians 4:4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
1 Timothy 6:20 Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to your care. Turn away from godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge,
Romans 1:18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 8:7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 13:11 And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.
Proverbs 13:1 A wise son heeds his father’s instruction, but a mocker does not respond to rebukes.
Matthew 5:11-12 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 33 However, each one of you must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.
John 14:15 “If you love me, keep my commands.
Isaiah 48:22 “There is no peace,” says the Lord, “for the wicked.”
Proverbs 28: 1 The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion. 4 Those who forsake instruction praise the wicked, but those who heed it resist them. 5 Evildoers do not understand what is right, but those who seek the Lord understand it fully. 9 If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction, even their prayers are detestable. 14 Blessed is the one who always trembles before God, but whoever hardens their heart falls into trouble. 23 Whoever rebukes a person will in the end gain favor rather than one who has a flattering tongue. 25 The greedy stir up conflict, but those who trust in the Lord will prosper. 26 Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe.
Ecclesiastes 12:14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.
Proverbs 6:12-19 A troublemaker and a villain, who goes about with a corrupt mouth, who winks maliciously with his eye, signals with his feet and motions with his fingers, who plots evil with deceit in his heart- he always stirs up conflict. Therefore disaster will overtake him in an instant; he will suddenly be destroyed-without remedy. There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush to evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.
Micah 2:1 Woe to those who plan iniquity, to those who plot evil on their beds! At morning’s light they carry it out because it is in their power to do it.
Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Proverbs 14:12 There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.

And we are in the end. Since Israel was reborn in 1948. The return of Jesus is imminent. Repent. Call on the Lord. Be saved. The hour is late. God’s people do not want to see anyone go through the Tribulation. We know how the Lord weep’s for His children.

Luke 13:34 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.
Matthew 24: 6-8 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 32-33 Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door.
Luke 21:11 There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places and fearful events and great signs from heaven. 25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea.
1 Timothy 4:1 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.
Joel 2:1 Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill. Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming. It is close at hand-
Matthew 24:44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the Lord do all these things.
Romans 10 – 13 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile-the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
