Send me your newsletter and in-depth bible study materials on the trinity – Father, Son and Holy Spirit and salvation

Joe January 26, 2020 at 12:54 pm

Please send me your explanation of the trinity. Interested in how the three beings differ but are always considered one god

Jack Wellman January 26, 2020 at 3:27 pm

Hello Joe. The Trinity are Three distinct Persons just like my wife, my son, and I are one family (the Wellmans) so we’re all Wellman’s but all different persons, but still one…one family. Here is more on the Trinity https://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/the-trinity-a-bible-study/ and thank you for your question.

I’m out to understand the trinity. Just to be clear, I know the bible is truth and Jesus is the savior because I feel it in my heart. I’ve recently had a revelation that I believe to be divine but went against a lot of my literal beliefs. One being that Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit are all the same thing. After diving in, I can’t see in anywhere in Text. I read through every example you cited above and not one made it clear or even close to clear that Jesus is God or the holy spirit… Would love to discuss lovingly if you Spirit moves you.

Hello Chase. If you had a “revelation” it is probably human generated or from demonic influence because they are not the same Persons. Let me warn you that Jesus said “No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also” (1 John 2:23) so to deny that there are THree Distinct Persons is to deny the Son of God and the Father. That’s serious business friend. I would also speak to your pastor. Have you done that yet my friend. I pray for God’s Spirit to show you the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as Three and not one. Also, “1 John 5:1 says “Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the Father also loves the one born of Him” and John 17:3 “And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” There is no discussion necessary. Scripture has proven they are all three Persons. Even in the Creation accout Elloim is plural and God says “let us” and not “let me”.
