Good morning! I am hurting in a marriage where my husband talks to me as if I walk the streets for a living.. Told me he doesn’t want me anymore because I drink. I gave up smoking and drinking for two years in our marriage and he still had something to complain about me with. Today, we sleep separately and he refuses to speak to me-he just glares… A loving person led me to Romans 8-28 and after reading your commentary, I now understand that there is good coming out of this, I just need to keep my faith and fill my days with scripture reading instead of having high anxiety of what may happen day after day. God Bless you.

Very insightful (and should have been more obvious to me years ago) to read Romans 8:28 in context with the rest of the chapter & book! My, how we learn new things about his Word every day!

Thank You for your very helpful commentary on my (AND my wife’s) favorite & most encouraging verse. You have given it even more richness that it sooooo fitting right for us right now at our particular stage in life.

I’m excited to share this interpretation with my wife (of over a half-century)!

God Bless you & your ministry!
