Thank you so much for posting this. I was dealing with so much resentment against my spouse. I feel like he was accomplishing so much at my expense while my career and growth took a back seat and yet not including me in his decisions nor his process as the helper that God has called me to be. I read your post and prayed on every scriptural reference and used it as a devotional and Through the power of His Spirit God has used the words that I now know He inspired you to write to set me free my heart feels light as a feather. God bless you

I have been denying Gods grace in my life for 4 years now. My Life and marriage has fallen to pieces as a result. My wife and I have separated and are living separate lives. I have tried doing it my way to get back together with her but I have an immense amount of resentment toward her for things ee has done to me to the point that as beautiful as she is she is not the least bit attractive to me. I didn’t even want to look at her. My spiritual growth has stopped also. I cannot live with this resentment anymore. This page is helping me find forgiveness and grace again. I’m opening my heart again to God because i know I cannot do this alone. I want my life and my wife back.

Thank u very much ma’am for such wonderful verses, I am married since 3years, even though, my mother in law is good, she never keeps good terms with me, always fights & sends me to my mother’s house for no reason, no one can question her, as she is very dominating person, I developed a kind of hatred & anger towards her,as she is always making me to stay away from my husband, whom i love very much, now i am understanding resentment & spirituality cannot go together, I pray God to help me to over come it & accept my mother in law as she is. Thank u

I searched for verses to deal with resentment. This came up 1st. I am having difficulty with being happy for a group that is growing. This after several “Godly” people trashed my Husbands reputation and treated him like he was evil. It effected my kids and me deeply. We still have friends involved with this group whom I love dearly. This is why I am having trouble with being happy when good things happen for that group. Dealing with this and the fact that things have not gone the best with my Husband finding a “position”. My head knows God is in control but boy do I get irritated, which leads Satan to move in. I will print these verses out and pray over them. Thank you.

Thank you so much for these verses. I pray that I too will find God to help me with grace, love, wisdom, strength, and forgiveness through this coming year and for years to come. I do not want to live in anger or hatred any longer but free from it all. I promise to pray everyday over them to keep Satan from stealing my joy.
