He Is Risen!!

Luke 24:1-12

But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared. And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. And it happened that while they were perplexed about this, behold, two men suddenly stood near them in dazzling apparel; and as the women were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living One among the dead? “He is not here, but He has risen. Remember how He spoke to you while He was still in Galilee, saying that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.” And they remembered His words, and returned from the tomb and reported all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. Now they were Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James; also the other women with them were telling these things to the apostles. And these words appeared to them as nonsense, and they would not believe them. But Peter arose and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw the linen wrappings only; and he went away to his home, marveling at that which had happened.

Hello jeff, actually i’ve written a comment regarding the resurrection and posted it under the topic “what do you know about antichrist” awaiting for your gracious reply.

Amen and Hallelujah for if Christ is not risen, we are still dead in our sins and of men and women most miserable…but thanks be to God, since He is risen, we too will be some day. Thank you Jeff so much. Blessed Resurrection Sunday to all.

What is the only unforgivable sin?

Jack April 9, 2012 at 4:14 pm

Thank you Patrice for your question. Regarding, Blasphemy Against the Holy Spirit, which is the only time the Bible mentions an unforgivable sin, I would strongly suggest that you read this article at the link below but first let me say that if you are worried about committing it, then you most certainly have not committed it because you are concerned about it. Anyone who is a Christian has no fear of committing this sin and if you are concerned then you are sensitive to your sins and the Holy Spirit is in you and working and active. If no one cared at all, then they would be in danger of eternal hell fire because rejecting Jesus Christ is unforgiveable for those who are not Christian. If you are saved, then you have no worry because 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” The “We” are Christians. Please read this biblical article we wrote called: What is the Unforgiveable Sin? A Biblical Analysis

The very fact that he had concerns about committing such a sin was a clear indication that he had not committed it. I hope this clears up your concern or we have answered your question Patrice. Thank you.
