We have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Here is a short list of things that come to mind when we think on the blessings from our readers:
- We are so thankful for all of you who have visited our website over the year.
- We are also grateful for your many comments – even those of you who may disagree with some of the articles. We appreciate your comments – many of which are so wonderfully edifying and encouraging.
- We thank God for those of you who have clicked on the link to “Contact” us with your many questions about God, the Bible, and the Christian walk.
- We thank God for each and every one of you.
- Above all, we are thankful to God for those this year who have been led to a saving faith found only in Jesus Christ our Lord. We thank God for those of you who have made the decision to believe in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. The fact is that this is the true purpose of this website. If you would like to know more about this saving faith found in Jesus Christ alone, please click on the link “Come to Jesus” at the top of the website.
In addition, our staff gives thanks for you. From our staff of writers: Daryl Evans, Greg Nichols, David Peach, Josh Wiley, Jack Wellman, Pam Williams, and from Telling Ministries (Jeff Telling President), we wish you and your family a blessing from God. We have so much to be thankful for. For the majority of us, God has provided us with jobs, homes, family, and you. He has also provided us with a Savior from which every good blessing comes (James 1:17).
First Corinthians 1:4-5b speaks well of His blessings:
“I always thank my God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus. For in him you have been enriched in every way.”

I know this was written for the readers, but I want to say Thank You to the other writers at What Christians Want to Know. I have enjoyed being a part of this team. Though we have not met personally, we have a bond through Jesus Christ that brings us together.
Thank you.
I also want to thank God for the gift of salvation. For those readers who are still searching for answers from God’s Word, don’t hesitate to write the website and ask direct questions. It can be in the form of an article comment or sending an email to get the help you need. When you come to Jesus Christ as your savior, you will have much more to be thankful for.
Amen sir. Thank you and I agree. We are eager to answer any question or to admit we just don’t know. The good thing is that we do know how to direct people to the Word of God and proclaim there is salvation only in Jesus Christ alone. You are so right about being much more thankful for salvation for we got what we don’t deserve (called grace) and didn’t get what we did truly deserve (called mercy). I thank God for men like you who are proclaiming to the lost and being part of the Great Commission of going into all the world to share the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. I am thankful to God for YOU sir.
Yes, we have a common bond and will meet someday and I await that great day in eager anticipation.
