There seems to be a continual debate as to whether God controls the weather, especially when we see these natural catastrophes  that destroy so much and kill so many. The debate need not be! The Bible is clear on weather and the study of it, which is also called meteorology. Look at what I found about meteorology in the Bible in these 35 KJV verses.
Judges 5:4 LORD, When thou wentest out of Seir, When thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, The earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, The clouds also dropped water.
Job 26:8 He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; And the cloud is not rent under them.
Psalm 77:17 The clouds poured out water: The skies sent out a sound: Thine arrows also went abroad.
Ecclesiastes 11:3 If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be.
Cold & Heat
Genesis 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
Psalm 147:17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels: Who can stand before his cold?
Luke 12:55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.
Acts 28:2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.
Dew & Frost
Genesis 27:28–29 Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, And the fatness of the earth, And plenty of corn and wine: Let people serve thee, And nations bow down to thee: Be lord over thy brethren, And let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: Cursed be every one that curseth thee, And blessed be he that blesseth thee.
Genesis 31:40 Thus I was; in the day the drought consumed me, and the frost by night; and my sleep departed from mine eyes.
Exodus 16:13 And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host.
Job 37:10 By the breath of God frost is given: And the breadth of the waters is straitened.
Psalm 78:47 He destroyed their vines with hail, And their sycomore trees with frost.
Deuteronomy 11:17 And then the LORD’s wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.
1 Kings 8:35–36 When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest them: Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.
Isaiah 5:6 And I will lay it waste: It shall not be pruned, nor digged; But there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.
Hosea 13:5 I did know thee in the wilderness, In the land of great drought.
Matthew 16:2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
Luke 12:54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.
Acts 27:10 And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives.
Storms: Hail & Rain
Genesis 7:12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
Exodus 9:23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
Joshua 10:11 And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Beth-horon, that the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.
1 Samuel 12:18 So Samuel called unto the LORD; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel.
Psalm 18:13 The LORD also thundered in the heavens, And the Highest gave his voice; Hail stones and coals of fire.
Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Acts 14:17 Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
Wind & Whirlwind
Genesis 8:1–3 And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged; The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained; And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
Exodus 15:10 Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: They sank as lead in the mighty waters.
2 Kings 2:1 And it came to pass, when the LORD would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.
Jonah 1:4 But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken.
Job 37:9 Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: And cold out of the north.
Proverbs 1:27 When your fear cometh as desolation, And your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish cometh upon you.
Isaiah 40:24 Yea, they shall not be planted; Yea, they shall not be sown: Yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: And he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, And the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.
Jeremiah 30:23 Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth forth with fury, A continuing whirlwind: It shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.
Clearly the Bible is full of weather and meteorology references. We can see that God not only created  the weather but even today that “He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.” (Job 37:13)
