22 Top Rick Warren Quotes

by Pamela Rose Williams · Print Print · Email Email

I once lived in Lake Forest, California and Saddleback Church, where Rick Warren pastored, was practically in my back yard. That church was very active in the community and today it has grown to include several campuses and over 20,000 members. Pastor Warren’s evangelical heart has inspired these folks to evangelize their community and continually reach out to folks with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Given the size of his congregation, I am sure he has had many opportunities to say some amazing things. Rick Warren is regularly quoted by the media and other sources because he has become one of Christendom’s most well-known leaders and evangelists mostly due to his very popular book The Purpose Drive Life which he published in 2002 [1]. Here are my picks for the 22 top Rick Warren quotes.

“Trusting God completely means having faith that He knows what is best for your life. You expect Him to keep His promises, help you with problems, and do the impossible when necessary.”  (A Purpose Driven Life)
